Our directors

Mr. Bernard Peiris BSc. (Agri), MSc.

Mr. Peiris has his Masters degree in Biochemistry specializing in Animal Nutrition. 
He held the position of lecturer in animal nutrition at the School of Agriculture Peradeniya and was attached to the Department of Agriculture and held many positions throughout his 18 year career in the Department in the field of animal science. He has wide experience in animal nutrition working in Japan, USA and Sri Lanka.

Dr. Wasantha Kumara BVSc. (Sri Lanka)

Dr. Wasantha completed his degree in the University of Peradeniya in 1986. He completed training programs on Diagnostic avian disease and small animal surgery in Japan and Switzerland respectively. At present he is working as a Veterinary Surgeon at the Government Veterinary Hospital, Peradeniya and also as a visiting lecturer in the veterinary faculty of Peradeniya University. Also he is a member of Veterinary Drug Control Authority Sri Lanka.

Dr. Sumith C. Wanniarachchi BVSc. (Sri Lanka)

Dr. Sumith was also graduated from Peradeniya University in 1986. He underwent in a training program on veterinary medicine and surgery in Japan. He has been working as a private veterinary practitioner for about 16 years in Kandy.

Dr. Gamika Prathapasinghe BVSc. (Sri Lanka) PhD. (Canada)

Dr. Gamika completed his degree in 1998 at Peradeniya University and completed his internship at the government veterinary hospital and veterinary teaching hospital Peradeniya. He then joined to the faculty of Medicine, Peradeniya as an Assistant lecturer and at present he works as a lecturer in the University of Wayamba. Dr. Gamika is also an inventor of number of Veterinary appliances that have been nationally as well as internationally acclaimed. Among the awards he has won for his veterinary inventions; Presidential award for the best inventor of Sri Lanka 1998, Silver and Bronze medals from Geneva invention exhibition 1998, a Silver medal from the Nuremberg Inventions exhibition 1998, The Outstanding Young Person (TOYP) in Medical Innovation and Research in Sri Lanka 2000, a Silver medal from Geneva Inventions Exhibition 2000.
